Buying Guide
Due to Brexit, orders sent outside the UK (this now includes the EU) may be subject to import duties and/or tax and processing fees. We unfortunately have no control over these costs and we are unable to estimate these extra charges at checkout, as amounts vary depending on the country of destination and the value of your order. All parcels are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs. The recipient is responsible for paying any tax due by their country's customs office - You will be able to find the relevant import information online for your county, this is definitely worth checking to avoid any surprises.
Printing
All of our graphics are printed to order. We advise that the process from purchase date to dispatch can take up to 4 working days, with delivery expected within 2 working days. We aim to have all (UK Order) graphics with you within 7 working days. International shipping times vary depending on your region. If you have a time sensitive order, please contact us to find out our current production time.
Worldwide Shipping
Depending on your region, we advise that our international orders can take up to 14 working days to arrive. As soon as your graphics are dispatched, full tracking details are provided.
Returns
In the unlikely event that any of your item(s) are not to your satisfactory, please firstly get in touch via our contact form and we will be happy to advise on the next steps should you need to make a return.
